Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop complex SQL queries and Python scripts to extract actionable insights.
- Create interactive dashboards and visual reports using Tableau or Power BI for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success measurements.
- Conduct A/B testing and statistical analysis to validate business hypotheses.
- Present findings to executive leadership in a clear, concise, and persuasive manner.
- Maintain data integrity and ensure compliance with data governance policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and programming languages such as Python or R.
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong understanding of statistical analysis, data modeling, and A/B testing methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into business recommendations.
- Experience working in an Agile environment.
