Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, patterns, and business opportunities.
- Design and develop compelling dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or Looker to support executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams in engineering, marketing, and sales to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Build and maintain robust ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) pipelines to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Perform A/B testing and hypothesis validation to optimize product performance and user engagement.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior leadership through clear, concise, and persuasive presentations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously improve our analytical capabilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) for complex querying and data extraction.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik.
- Familiarity with programming languages like Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
