Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze network traffic using SIEM tools to detect and respond to security anomalies in real-time.
- Conduct comprehensive vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify weaknesses before they are exploited.
- Lead the incident response team during cybersecurity breaches, coordinating with stakeholders to minimize impact.
- Develop and enforce security policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001).
- Collaborate with software development teams to integrate security best practices into the DevSecOps lifecycle.
- Manage access controls and ensure user authentication protocols are strictly followed.
- Provide security training and awareness programs for employees across the organization.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5-7 years of hands-on experience in cybersecurity or information security analysis.
- Certification required: CISSP, CEH, or Security+ (CCSP preferred).
- Deep knowledge of TCP/IP, network protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Proficiency with security tools such as Splunk, FireEye, or CrowdStrike.
- Strong experience with firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint protection solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related technical field.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top Secret security clearance.
