Responsibilities
- Design and implement secure, scalable cloud infrastructure solutions across AWS and Azure platforms
- Lead technical discovery sessions with enterprise clients to translate business requirements into cloud architectures
- Develop and maintain cloud migration strategies using DevOps best practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Mentor junior architects through technical reviews and architecture governance processes
- Optimize cloud costs through FinOps methodologies and architecture improvements
- Stay current with emerging cloud technologies and industry certifications
- Present technical solutions to C-level stakeholders through compelling visual documentation
Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in cloud architecture with 4+ years in AWS/Azure design roles
- Professional certifications (AWS Solutions Architect Expert or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Expertise in microservices architecture, containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless computing
- Proven track record leading enterprise cloud migrations with 50TB+ data environments
- Strong background in infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience with multi-cloud strategies and hybrid cloud architectures
- Excellent presentation skills with ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent technical experience
