Responsibilities
- Design and implement enterprise-grade cloud architectures on AWS/Azure with 99.99% uptime SLAs
- Lead migration of monolithic systems to microservices using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Optimize cloud costs through architectural reviews and FinOps best practices
- Mentor junior engineers through technical workshops and pair programming sessions
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using GitLab CI and Jenkins for automated deployments
- Conduct security audits and compliance assessments for regulated industries
Qualifications
- 8+ years of cloud infrastructure experience with 3+ years in architect roles
- Expert-level certification (AWS Solutions Architect Professional or Azure Solutions Architect Expert)
- Proficiency in Infrastructure as Code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Deep knowledge of Kubernetes, Docker, and service mesh technologies
- Experience leading cloud migrations for 10k+ employee organizations
- Strong background in securing cloud environments using IAM, WAF, and encryption
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
