Responsibilities
- Design and implement scalable AWS cloud infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- Lead migration projects from on-premise to cloud environments
- Optimize cloud costs while ensuring high availability and security compliance
- Develop CI/CD pipelines using AWS DevOps tools (CodePipeline, CodeBuild)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate requirements into technical solutions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices in cloud architecture
- Mentor junior engineers and promote DevOps culture
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of hands-on AWS architecture experience with 3+ years in senior roles
- Expertise in Terraform, Kubernetes, and serverless technologies (Lambda, Fargate)
- Proven track record of optimizing cloud costs and performance metrics
- Strong knowledge of security frameworks (SOC2, ISO 27001) and compliance standards
- Certifications in AWS Solutions Architect Professional or DevOps Engineer Professional
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code and GitOps workflows
