Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate AI solutions into production systems.
- Optimize existing models for speed, scalability, and energy efficiency.
- Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI application within the business.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years in a senior leadership role.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical analysis, and software engineering best practices.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
