- System Design: Design complex, distributed systems and microservices architectures that handle massive concurrency and data throughput.
- Technical Oversight: Lead the engineering team through code reviews, architectural reviews, and technical decision-making processes to ensure code quality and system stability.
- Innovation Implementation: Identify and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, advanced AI models) into our core infrastructure.
- Security & Compliance: Enforce rigorous security protocols and ensure all systems comply with relevant data protection regulations (GDPR, CCPA).
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders and executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, Go, or Rust, with a strong understanding of cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Proven track record of designing fault-tolerant, scalable systems using distributed computing principles.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to mentor junior engineers and influence cross-functional teams.
