Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive AI Technology Roadmap leading up to the 2026 product lifecycle.
- Lead the architectural design of scalable Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) integration strategies.
- Oversee the development of ethical AI frameworks and bias mitigation protocols.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate high-level business objectives into technical specifications.
- Conduct feasibility studies for emerging technologies, including Quantum Computing and Neural Interfaces.
- Mentor a team of Data Scientists and ML Engineers to foster a culture of innovation.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML leadership.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP).
- Proven track record of managing complex, multi-year technology projects.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
