Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning for AI capabilities, identifying trends and technologies that will shape our product suite by the year 2026.
- Architectural Leadership: Design scalable, robust AI systems that integrate seamlessly with existing cloud infrastructures.
- Model Optimization: Oversee the deployment and fine-tuning of Large Language Models (LLMs) to ensure peak performance and accuracy.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as a bridge between technical teams and executive leadership, translating complex AI concepts into actionable business strategies.
- Research & Development: Stay at the forefront of AI innovation, conducting POCs (Proof of Concepts) for emerging technologies like Quantum AI or Neuro-symbolic computing.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software engineering or AI research, with at least 3 years in a leadership or architectural capacity.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX. Experience with MLOps and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to translate long-term technical visions into concrete, executable project plans.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, capable of presenting complex technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
