Responsibilities
- Design and deploy scalable Large Language Model architectures for enterprise-grade applications.
- Lead the research and implementation of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines to enhance model accuracy and reduce hallucinations.
- Optimize model inference speeds and reduce latency for real-time AI interactions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical requirements into robust, production-ready solutions.
- Stay ahead of the curve by evaluating emerging AI frameworks and integrating cutting-edge research into our core stack.
- Establish best practices for model governance, safety, and ethical AI deployment.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in machine learning engineering, with a specific focus on NLP and LLMs.
- Deep expertise in PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Proven experience fine-tuning open-source models (e.g., Llama 3, Mistral) or training from scratch.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and MLOps.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to mentor junior engineers.
