Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic R&D: Define and execute the technical roadmap for the 2026 AI ecosystem, focusing on Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) networks and predictive modeling.
- Pioneering Research: Spearhead research into Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and Large Language Model (LLM) evolution.
- Model Optimization: Architect scalable, high-performance AI models capable of handling real-time data streams and complex decision-making scenarios.
- Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate with product teams to translate futuristic concepts into tangible, deployable software solutions.
- Talent Mentorship: Guide junior researchers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Ethical AI Compliance: Ensure all research adheres to strict ethical guidelines regarding bias, privacy, and societal impact.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of experience in AI research, deep learning, or natural language processing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with distributed computing systems.
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to think long-term and define technical roadmaps for future horizons (e.g., 2026+).
