Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of the 2026 Core System, ensuring scalability and fault tolerance.
- Define and implement the 2026 technology roadmap, integrating emerging AI paradigms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional squads to translate complex business requirements into technical blueprints.
- Mentor junior engineers and senior staff alike, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and architectural assessments to maintain high standards.

Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI/ML systems.
- Deep expertise in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and large language models (LLMs).
- Proven track record of leading high-performance engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Strong background in cloud-native architectures (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field (PhD preferred).
