Responsibilities
- Lead the architectural design of next-generation Large Language Models (LLMs) for the Year 2026 roadmap.
- Optimize model inference latency and accuracy for real-time applications.
- Conduct cutting-edge research in NLP, Computer Vision, and Reinforcement Learning.
- Implement MLOps pipelines to ensure seamless deployment and monitoring of models.
- Collaborate with product teams to translate complex research into user-facing features.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers and data scientists within the research division.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Deep Learning, specifically with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and distributed computing frameworks.
- Experience deploying AI models at scale in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Proven ability to publish research papers or contribute to open-source ML communities.
- Familiarity with quantum computing concepts is a plus.
