Responsibilities
- Develop and implement 2026+ strategic foresight frameworks using trend analysis, scenario planning, and horizon scanning
- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints to prototype future-facing products and services
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and executive briefings on emerging tech and societal shifts
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions, startups, and industry disruptors
- Mentor innovation teams in futures thinking methodologies and agile execution
- Drive strategic initiatives in AI, biotech, sustainability, and quantum computing
- Present foresight insights to stakeholders through compelling narratives and visualizations
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future studies
- Proven track record of translating future trends into market-ready solutions
- Expertise in horizon scanning, scenario planning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Deep knowledge of emerging technologies (AI, quantum, biotech, Web3)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to inspire diverse stakeholders
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Innovation Management, or related field
- Portfolio demonstrating published foresight work or innovation leadership
- Experience in tech, sustainability, or healthcare sectors preferred
