Responsibilities
- Architect the 2026 Roadmap: Design and implement scalable, secure AI infrastructure aligned with our two-year strategic vision.
- Lead R&D: Spearhead research into next-generation neural networks, large language models, and quantum computing interfaces.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of elite engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of technical excellence and rapid prototyping.
- Strategic Innovation: Identify emerging technologies and evaluate their feasibility for integration into our core product suite.
- System Optimization: Oversee the deployment of high-performance computing clusters to ensure our models handle massive, real-time data loads.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier institution.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior architectural or research leadership role.
- Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed systems design.
- Visionary Thinking: Demonstrated ability to work on cutting-edge, long-term projects with a clear focus on future-proofing solutions.
