Responsibilities
- Design and implement cutting-edge AI architectures for predictive modeling and generative systems
- Lead cross-functional projects integrating ML with quantum computing frameworks
- Publish 2-4 peer-reviewed papers annually in top AI conferences (NeurIPS, ICML)
- Develop production-grade pipelines for real-time inference at petabyte-scale
- Mentor junior researchers and drive technical excellence through code reviews
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into market-ready solutions
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in transformer models, reinforcement learning, and AGI safety
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent industry experience)
- 5+ years building production ML systems with TensorFlow/PyTorch
- Published record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent impact
- Expertise in distributed training on GPU clusters (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Strong background in NLP, computer vision, or reinforcement learning
- Proven ability to lead technical projects from prototype to deployment
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow) and CI/CD pipelines
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with complex mathematical concepts
