Responsibilities
- Architect Next-Gen Systems: Design and deploy scalable AI models integrated with quantum computing architectures for complex problem-solving.
- Lead R&D Strategy: Guide a team of engineers in researching emerging technologies, specifically focusing on AGI readiness and quantum supremacy by 2026.
- Optimize Performance: Fine-tune neural networks to run efficiently on hybrid quantum-classical hardware environments.
- Collaborate Across Disciplines: Partner with data scientists, hardware engineers, and product managers to translate technical requirements into strategic roadmaps.
- Stay Ahead of Trends: Continuously monitor the global tech landscape to identify opportunities for innovation and competitive advantage.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum programming languages (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing engineering teams and managing complex cross-functional projects.
- Strategic Vision: Exceptional ability to forecast industry trends and adapt technical strategies accordingly.
