Responsibilities
- Architectural Leadership: Design and oversee the implementation of scalable, fault-tolerant AI and quantum computing systems for enterprise clients.
- Roadmap Strategy: Define the technical roadmap for the 2026 release cycle, aligning AI capabilities with business objectives.
- Model Optimization: Lead the research and deployment of large-scale generative models, optimizing for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor a team of senior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers and C-suite executives to translate complex technical concepts into business value.

Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field (PhD preferred for this level).
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 4 years specifically in AI/ML or Quantum Computing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and quantum simulation libraries (Qiskit, Cirq).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep understanding of AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically regarding GPU/TPU clusters.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading high-performing technical teams and delivering complex projects on time.
