Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 AI & Quantum Integration Strategy: Define and execute the technical roadmap for integrating quantum computing algorithms with advanced neural networks to solve complex, unsolved problems.
- Architect Next-Gen Models: Design and implement cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) optimized for high-dimensional data processing and real-time quantum inference.
- Research Leadership: Conduct high-level research to validate novel approaches in Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) and quantum entanglement simulation.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, product, and executive leadership teams to translate complex research into scalable, market-ready solutions.
- Mentorship & Culture: Guide junior researchers and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, curiosity, and technical excellence within the lab.
- Intellectual Property: Author and publish patents and white papers in top-tier scientific journals and conferences.
Qualifications
- Education: Ph.D. or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field with a focus on AI/Quantum.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in research roles within top-tier tech firms, research labs (e.g., Google DeepMind, IBM Research), or academia.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, C++, and specialized frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Qiskit or Cirq.
- Quantum Mastery: Strong understanding of quantum mechanics principles and experience in quantum machine learning algorithms.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead research teams and manage large-scale technical projects from conception to completion.
