Responsibilities
- Lead the strategic roadmap for the 2026 Technology Horizon, ensuring alignment with business goals and emerging tech trends.
- Design and implement scalable AI-driven architectures capable of handling massive data loads in a quantum-ready environment.
- Collaborate with quantum researchers and ML engineers to integrate hybrid cloud solutions.
- Mentor junior architects and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Conduct rigorous risk assessments on system integrations and data security protocols.
- Define technical standards and best practices for the development of next-gen software ecosystems.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 5 years in AI or Machine Learning infrastructure.
- Deep understanding of Quantum Computing concepts (Qubits, superposition, entanglement) and their practical application in classical systems.
- Expert proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in Python, Rust, or C++ for high-performance computing environments.
- Experience leading large-scale engineering teams through complex digital transformations.
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field is preferred.
