In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between classical machine learning and emerging quantum computing paradigms. You will design scalable hybrid systems that leverage the power of quantum processors to solve complex, previously unsolvable problems in real-time.
We are looking for a thought leader who is not just using AI today, but architecting the infrastructure for the year 2026 and beyond.
Responsibilities
- Architect Hybrid Systems: Design and implement complex hybrid quantum-classical algorithms that optimize for speed, accuracy, and hardware constraints.
- Strategic R&D: Lead research initiatives in quantum error correction, optimization, and machine learning model adaptation for future hardware.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing team of AI engineers and quantum researchers, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Technical Roadmap: Define the technical vision for the 2026 transition, ensuring seamless integration of new quantum technologies into our existing cloud infrastructure.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex quantum concepts into actionable business strategies for C-suite executives and product managers.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Physics, Applied Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 7+ years of experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Software Engineering, with a strong portfolio of scalable applications.
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in Python, C++, and quantum computing frameworks (Qiskit, Cirq, or PyQuil).
- Cloud Expertise: Deep experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically regarding high-performance computing (HPC) and GPU clusters.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to tackle ambiguous problems and develop innovative solutions for future-proof architectures.
