Responsibilities
- Architectural Design: Lead the end-to-end design of AI and quantum computing architectures, ensuring scalability and performance for high-volume data processing.
- Research & Development: Explore emerging AI paradigms, including generative models and neuromorphic computing, to drive product innovation.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a high-performing engineering team, conducting code reviews and fostering a culture of technical excellence.
- Model Optimization: Implement strategies to reduce inference latency and improve model accuracy in edge environments.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical roadmaps.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, Physics, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered.
- Experience: Minimum of 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 4 years focused on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and experience with quantum computing libraries (e.g., Qiskit, Cirq).
- System Design: Strong understanding of distributed systems, microservices, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional problem-solving abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for the future of tech.
