Responsibilities
- Design and implement novel deep learning architectures for multi-modal data fusion
- Lead research initiatives in explainable AI and ethical algorithm development
- Collaborate with product teams to translate research into scalable solutions
- Author peer-reviewed publications for top-tier AI conferences
- Mentor junior researchers and PhD interns
- Develop patentable innovations in autonomous decision-making systems
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of applied research in machine learning or neural networks
- Expertise in PyTorch/TensorFlow and distributed computing frameworks
- Published record at NeurIPS/ICML/ICLR or equivalent venues
- Strong background in probabilistic modeling and Bayesian inference
- Experience with quantum computing concepts (Qiskit preferred)
- Proven ability to translate complex algorithms into production systems
