Responsibilities

- Model Optimization: Drive the performance, accuracy, and efficiency of our core inference engines using state-of-the-art techniques.
- Technical Leadership: Mentor junior researchers, conduct code reviews, and establish best practices for MLOps and reproducible research.
- Strategic Visioning: Translate high-level business goals into concrete technical roadmaps for the upcoming fiscal years.
- Publication: Contribute to top-tier academic conferences and journals to maintain our position as an industry thought leader.
Qualifications
- Education: PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in applied machine learning research and production deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing frameworks (e.g., Apache Spark, Ray).
- Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) or Computer Vision (our primary focus areas).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
