Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Lead the architecture for generative AI pipelines, optimizing for latency and throughput.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into consumer products.
- Conduct research to explore new architectures and algorithms relevant to the 2026 tech landscape.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
- Ensure model robustness, fairness, and interpretability in production environments.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or AI Engineering.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and fine-tuning methodologies.
- Experience with MLOps tools (Kubeflow, MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
