Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and optimize deep learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and generative architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, product managers, and researchers to define AI product requirements.
- Ensure deployed models meet performance, latency, and accuracy benchmarks in production environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.

Qualifications
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering and machine learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Transformer architectures.
- Experience with MLOps tools, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
