Responsibilities
- Architect strategic 2026 technology roadmap aligning with market forecasts and emerging trends
- Lead R&D initiatives in quantum-resistant cryptography, autonomous systems, and climate-positive AI
- Partner with product teams to integrate future-proof solutions into commercial offerings
- Establish industry partnerships with academic institutions and innovation labs
- Present visionary frameworks to executive stakeholders and investor communities
- Mentor cross-functional teams in next-gen methodologies and emerging technologies
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory shifts impacting 2026+ tech landscapes
Qualifications
- 10+ years in technology strategy with 5+ years in future-tech planning
- Expertise in at least two emerging domains: quantum computing, AGI ethics, or Web3 infrastructure
- Proven track record of launching industry-first technologies
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering, or Futuristics
- Published thought leadership in IEEE Nature or peer-reviewed journals
- Experience securing $50M+ in strategic innovation funding
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks for 2026+ technologies
- Certification in Futures Thinking from Foresight Institute preferred
