Responsibilities
- Design, train, and optimize advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on LLMs and Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF).
- Architect scalable, high-performance MLOps pipelines for model training, fine-tuning, and deployment.
- Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists in researching novel algorithms for autonomous agent behavior.
- Collaborate closely with product managers to translate technical requirements into robust, user-centric AI features.
- Monitor model performance in production environments and implement continuous improvement strategies.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI research and apply best practices to our codebase.
Qualifications
- Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML models in production.
- Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLM architectures (Transformers), and prompt engineering.
- Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, Weaviate) and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) systems.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor junior talent.
