Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and deep learning architectures.
- Lead the end-to-end MLOps lifecycle, from data ingestion to model deployment and monitoring.
- Conduct research to stay ahead of industry trends in AI, including LLMs and reinforcement learning.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and engineers to translate complex business problems into technical solutions.
- Optimize existing models for speed, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to ensure high engineering standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning or Artificial Intelligence.
- Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar ML frameworks.
- Deep understanding of statistical analysis and data modeling techniques.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
