Responsibilities
- Lead Model Architecture: Design, train, and deploy cutting-edge Large Language Models (LLMs) and Computer Vision systems optimized for 2026 scalability requirements.
- Research & Development: Conduct proprietary research to push the boundaries of Neural Networks, Reinforcement Learning, and NLP.
- System Optimization: Engineer high-throughput inference pipelines ensuring low latency and high availability in production environments.
- Mentorship: Guide a team of junior data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Strategic Planning: Collaborate with C-level executives to define the technical vision and roadmap for our upcoming product releases.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or PhD in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of shipping production models.
- Technical Stack: Deep expertise in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and distributed computing systems (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Specialization: Strong background in Transformers, RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation), or Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs).
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
