Key Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art Machine Learning models for real-world applications.
- Lead research initiatives focused on the evolution of Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal AI.
- Optimize existing inference pipelines for speed and cost-efficiency at scale.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for AI engineering within the organization.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup environment.
- Strong proficiency in Python, C++, and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX).
- Deep understanding of neural networks, NLP, and computer vision.
- Experience with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
