Responsibilities:
- Design, train, and deploy large-scale machine learning models for production environments.
- Optimize inference pipelines to reduce latency and operational costs.
- Collaborate closely with product managers and data scientists to translate business goals into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior engineers and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI trends and contribute to technical architecture decisions.
Qualifications:
- PhD or Master's degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in building and deploying ML systems.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Deep understanding of Deep Learning architectures, NLP, and Computer Vision.
