Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models, specifically focusing on NLP and LLMs.
- Optimize model inference latency and throughput to ensure real-time performance at scale.
- Build and maintain MLOps pipelines using Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD best practices.
- Collaborate with data scientists to refine algorithms and improve model accuracy.
- Conduct rigorous A/B testing and model monitoring to ensure production stability.
- Stay abreast of the latest academic research in AI to drive internal innovation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s or Ph.D. preferred.
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or data science.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks (PyTorch or TensorFlow).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies.
- Deep understanding of statistics, linear algebra, and optimization techniques.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
