Responsibilities
- Define the 2026 Roadmap: Create a comprehensive technical strategy and roadmap for AI infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-proofing.
- Architect Advanced Models: Design and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Lead R&D Initiatives: Spearhead research projects exploring the convergence of neural networks and quantum algorithms.
- Optimize System Performance: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and ensure low-latency processing for real-time applications.
- Mentor Engineering Teams: Guide junior architects and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation and technical excellence.

Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Experience: Minimum of 7+ years of experience in software engineering, machine learning engineering, or AI architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed computing frameworks (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strategic Vision: Demonstrated ability to anticipate future industry trends and align technical roadmaps with business goals.
