What You'll Do:
You will bridge the gap between theoretical AI research and scalable production systems. You will oversee the integration of emerging technologies, ensuring our platforms remain future-proof for the decade ahead.
Responsibilities
- Architect & Design: Design scalable, high-performance AI architectures and cloud infrastructure tailored for 2026 standards.
- Lead Innovation: Spearhead research and implementation of cutting-edge technologies including Generative AI, Quantum Computing interfaces, and Edge AI.
- System Integration: Integrate disparate data sources into unified AI pipelines to drive predictive analytics.
- Team Mentorship: Mentor senior and junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Translate complex technical concepts into strategic roadmaps for executive leadership and product teams.
- Risk Management: Identify potential technical debt and security vulnerabilities in AI systems proactively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years specifically in AI/ML architecture.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Technical Skills: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and distributed systems.
- Cloud Expertise: Extensive experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP, specifically in deploying ML models at scale.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and managing large-scale projects.
