- Code Review & Mentorship: Lead code reviews and mentor junior engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, data scientists, and designers to translate complex requirements into technical blueprints.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in software architecture, with at least 3 years in AI/ML infrastructure or cloud architecture.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and major cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- System Design: Deep understanding of microservices, distributed systems, and database management.
- Leadership: Proven track record of leading technical teams and managing large-scale projects from conception to deployment.
