As our Senior AI Ethics & Governance Architect, you will be at the forefront of defining the moral compass of our technology. You will work directly with our engineering teams to integrate ethical frameworks into the core of our architecture, ensuring transparency, fairness, and accountability.

Responsibilities
- Design and implement comprehensive ethical governance frameworks for autonomous AI agents and predictive models.
- Conduct rigorous bias audits and risk assessments on proprietary algorithms to mitigate societal harms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including engineers, product managers, and legal—to integrate "Ethics by Design" principles into the SDLC.
- Advocate for transparency and explainability in machine learning models to stakeholders and the public.
- Develop and update internal policies regarding data privacy, algorithmic accountability, and human oversight.
- Monitor global regulatory developments regarding AI to ensure compliance and guide strategic adaptation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in AI/ML ethics, regulatory compliance, or technology law.
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts, NLP, and generative model architectures.
- Proven track record of leading stakeholder workshops and translating complex ethical concepts into actionable technical requirements.
- Familiarity with international AI regulations such as the EU AI Act and emerging US federal guidelines.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, capable of persuading diverse audiences.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Certified AI Ethics Professional) are a plus.
