Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy scalable, high-performance AI models targeting the 2026 technological standard.
- Lead the research and implementation of Generative AI pipelines, focusing on multimodal LLMs and autonomous agents.
- Design robust MLOps frameworks to ensure reliability, security, and scalability in production environments.
- Define and enforce rigorous ethical AI guidelines, safety protocols, and bias mitigation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate cutting-edge AI solutions into complex product ecosystems.
- Pioneering work on edge AI optimization and quantum-ready neural network interfaces.
- Mentor a team of top-tier engineers and researchers in advanced AI methodologies.
Qualifications
- Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent experience).
- 7+ years of professional experience in machine learning, deep learning, or AI engineering.
- Extensive proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Deep understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP), Transformer architectures, and LLM fine-tuning.
- Proven experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong background in distributed systems, system design, and high-concurrency environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
