Responsibilities
- Architect LLM Systems: Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient AI architectures tailored for the 2026 era, focusing on Agentic workflows and autonomous decision-making.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize Large Language Models (LLMs) for low-latency inference and high accuracy in production environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by exploring emerging AI trends, contributing to internal white papers, and evaluating novel research papers for practical application.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions.
- Mentorship: Lead a team of junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous learning, and technical excellence.
- Deployment: Manage the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model serving and monitoring.
- Compliance: Ensure all AI systems adhere to ethical guidelines, data privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA), and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically focused on AI/ML model development and deployment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. Strong understanding of Deep Learning fundamentals and NLP.
- Tooling: Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot complex technical challenges and optimize system performance under tight constraints.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
