Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy state-of-the-art machine learning models for the Project 2026 initiative.
- Collaborate with data scientists and backend engineers to optimize model inference and reduce latency.
- Implement MLOps best practices to ensure models are reproducible, scalable, and monitored in production.
- Conduct rigorous research to integrate the latest advancements in Generative AI into our core architecture.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers and data scientists on the team.
- Define technical roadmaps and architecture standards for future AI features.
Qualifications
- B.S., M.S., or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with at least 2 years focused on LLMs or NLP.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS/GCP), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with vector databases and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
