Responsibilities
- Spearhead the architectural design and implementation of the Project 2026 AI core, focusing on deep learning and neural networks.
- Develop and fine-tune large language models (LLMs) and generative AI tools for enterprise applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing product ecosystems.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, testing, and deployment in cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.
- Conduct rigorous performance analysis and optimization of models to ensure low latency and high throughput.
Qualifications
- Master’s or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying production-grade models.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and computer vision principles.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
