Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement robust ML pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying large-scale foundation models.
- Optimize model inference speed and accuracy to handle high-throughput production workloads.
- Collaborate with cross-functional product teams to integrate AI capabilities into user-facing products.
- Conduct rigorous testing and evaluation of model performance, focusing on hallucination reduction and bias mitigation.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI research and apply them to real-world business problems.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field (PhD preferred).
- 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or Deep Learning.
- Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow.
- Strong understanding of transformer architectures, attention mechanisms, and vector databases.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
