Responsibilities
- Architecting Agentic Workflows: Design and implement complex, multi-agent AI systems capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution.
- Model Optimization: Fine-tune and optimize proprietary foundation models for specific vertical use cases, focusing on latency and accuracy.
- MLOps Pipeline Development: Build scalable CI/CD pipelines for machine learning models, ensuring seamless deployment and monitoring.
- R&D Leadership: Conduct research into emerging AI paradigms (e.g., Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback, Chain-of-Thought reasoning) to stay ahead of the 2026 tech curve.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and data scientists to translate complex business requirements into technical AI solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years specifically in AI/ML engineering.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow; deep experience with LangChain or LlamaIndex.
