Responsibilities
- Design, train, and deploy scalable machine learning models and neural networks.
- Optimize inference pipelines for low-latency, high-throughput production environments.
- Collaborate with product managers and data scientists to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Implement robust MLOps pipelines for continuous integration and deployment (CI/CD).
- Ensure data privacy, security, and ethical AI compliance in all models.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct technical code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
- Research and evaluate new AI frameworks to stay ahead of industry trends.
Qualifications
- PhD or Masterβs degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in AI/ML engineering, preferably in a high-growth startup or tech giant.
- Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, TensorFlow, and JAX.
- Strong understanding of distributed systems, cloud architecture (AWS/GCP/Azure), and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Experience with model versioning, experiment tracking, and MLOps tools.
- Proven track record of shipping production-ready AI products.
