Responsibilities
- Design and execute AI innovation roadmaps for 2026-2030 horizon
- Lead stakeholder workshops with C-suite executives to align AI strategy with business objectives
- Pioneer ethical AI frameworks and regulatory compliance protocols
- Conduct horizon scanning to identify emerging AI trends and competitive threats
- Manage $15M annual AI research budget across 12 innovation labs
- Present foresight findings at Davos, Web Summit, and UN Tech Forums
- Mentor next-gen AI futurists through our Future Leaders program
Qualifications
- PhD in Computer Science, Cognitive Systems, or Futurist Studies (15+ years experience)
- Published author in Nature/Science with 50+ citations on AI ethics
- Proven track record scaling AI initiatives at FAANG or equivalent
- Expertise in quantum computing, AGI safety, and neuro-symbolic AI
- Fluency in Mandarin, Spanish, and Python
- Patent portfolio with 10+ AI/ML innovations
- Experience advising UN/WEF on AI governance frameworks
