Responsibilities
- Design and implement state-of-the-art Large Language Models (LLMs) and multimodal architectures.
- Optimize model inference performance for real-time, low-latency applications.
- Collaborate with data scientists and product managers to translate business needs into technical AI solutions.
- Research and evaluate new algorithms to improve model accuracy and reduce hallucination rates.
- Oversee the end-to-end machine learning pipeline, from data ingestion to model deployment.
- Contribute to open-source AI communities and stay ahead of the rapidly evolving 2026 AI landscape.
Qualifications
- PhD or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience with Python, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
- Deep expertise in NLP, transformer architectures, and fine-tuning techniques.
- Experience deploying models on cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Strong mathematical foundation in linear algebra, calculus, and probability.
