Responsibilities
- Lead the 2026 Roadmap: Define and execute the technical vision for our flagship AI products, ensuring they are future-proof for deployment in 2026 and beyond.
- Model Architecture: Design and implement cutting-edge generative models and transformer architectures, focusing on efficiency and scalability.
- Optimization: Reduce inference latency and operational costs using techniques like quantization, pruning, and model distillation.
- Autonomous Agents: Build and deploy intelligent agents capable of complex reasoning and tool usage in dynamic environments.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of the curve by integrating the latest research findings from top conferences (NeurIPS, ICML) into production systems.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Artificial Intelligence.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in Python, PyTorch, and TensorFlow. Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
- Education: MS or PhD in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Problem Solving: Proven track record of solving complex engineering challenges in high-scale environments.
- Communication: Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse stakeholders and mentor junior engineers.
