Responsibilities
- Lead the Technical Roadmap: Define and execute the engineering strategy for our 2026 AI products, ensuring scalability and performance.
- Model Architecture: Design, train, and deploy complex machine learning models and deep neural networks using state-of-the-art frameworks.
- Team Leadership: Mentor a team of data scientists and engineers, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
- System Optimization: Oversee the optimization of data pipelines and infrastructure to handle high-throughput processing.
- Research & Development: Stay ahead of industry trends, conducting proof-of-concept research to integrate emerging technologies into our core offerings.
Qualifications
- Education: Masterβs degree or PhD in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
- Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering or data science, with a focus on AI/ML.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and SQL.
- Cloud Expertise: Strong experience deploying models on AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to solve complex technical challenges and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
