Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable machine learning models using Python and deep learning frameworks.
- Lead the end-to-end development lifecycle of AI products, from research to production deployment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of data scientists, engineers, and product managers.
- Optimize existing models for latency, accuracy, and resource efficiency.
- Stay abreast of the latest research in the AI field and integrate novel techniques into our systems.
- Mentor junior engineers and conduct code reviews to maintain high technical standards.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience in software development and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Python and experience with libraries such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras.
- Strong understanding of NLP, Computer Vision, or Reinforcement Learning.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
